The Friends of Harry Sotnick House, which began in October 2017, has, after 6 successful years, now ceased all activities.
Unfortunately, Covid had a real impact on our ability to create interest and membership.
Having successfully secured funding from the Lottery and local grants, we also raised monies from a range of popular fun events. The funds have provided the home with additional equipment and facilities. These include lounge AV systems, new benches and groundworks in the garden and wheelchair friendly picnic tables.
We would like to thank everyone who has helped us to achieve our goals. Specifically, the Fawcett Inn (who let us run our quiz there) and Southsea Golf Club, who made us the beneficiary from 2 Ladies Day tournaments.
